When we issue store credit, we send a confirmation email with the code and details — check your inbox, and be sure to look in your spam or promotions folder in case it was filtered there. If you can't locate it, contact us at [email protected] and we'll resend it.
To use your store credit, log in to your account and it will be available to apply at checkout. Note that store credit is separate from PLAE Rewards points, and it can't be applied on our (re)PLAE resale marketplace.
