How do I get a return label if I don't have a printer, or my label has expired?Updated 2 months ago
No printer? No problem — contact us at [email protected] and we can generate a USPS QR code for your return instead, which you can bring to a participating retail location to have your label printed there.
If your return label has already expired, try dropping the package off as soon as possible anyway — many expired labels are still accepted if used promptly. Just be sure the package gets scanned at drop-off. If you run into any issues, reach out and we'll help sort out a new label.
