If your tracking says delivered but the package is nowhere to be found, or the status hasn't updated in a while, here's what to try first:
• Check with neighbors or other household members — packages are sometimes left with a neighbor or brought inside without everyone knowing.
• Look around your property, including mailboxes, parcel lockers, and porches, where a carrier may have left it.
• If it was addressed to a mailroom or parcel locker, confirm with your building manager or mail carrier.
• Give it a little more time — carriers sometimes delay scans, and tracking can update again after a quiet stretch.
If a few business days pass with no resolution, contact us at hello@plae.co with your order number and we'll start a lost package investigation with the carrier. If your order is ultimately confirmed lost in transit, we'll issue a refund.
