We gladly accept returns on merchandise in new/unworn condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. But if your purchase shows signs of wear and don't qualify for return, you still have options:

For kid shoes that have been worn but may not fit and cannot be returned, we recommend checking out our Growth Spurt Guarantee® for more details. If your child has a growth spurt within 30 days from receipt of confirmed delivery of your shoes you'll get 50% off the full retail price of the same style and color in the next size up. This policy applies to kid shoe sizes that have already been worn, and because of that would not be accepted for refund under our return policy.

If your purchase does not qualify for return and also does not qualify for the Growth Spurt Guarantee®, PLAE supports the "PLAE shoes BST" buy/sell/trade community on Facebook. Customers have found that PLAE kids grow out of their shoes long before they wear out, and this group has grown out of customers wanting to extend the life and value of their PLAE purchase by offering them to a new home.
